Policies
VISITING THE INN: We do not accept drop-in visitors or allow unscheduled tours of the Inn. If you would like to visit the Inn please call 330.467.1812 or email innatbrandywinefalls@gmail.com to schedule a visit or tour of the property.
CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is between 4 PM and 8 PM EST. Check-in after 8:00 pm is possible with prior arrangement. If your travel is delayed, please call to let us know your estimated arrival time. Early check-in is available starting at 2:00 pm with advance purchase of $25. Early check-in must be arranged prior day of stay.
CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time is 11:00 am EST. You may spend additional time in the common areas and on the grounds of the Inn after check-out is complete, until noon. Please inform Inn Keeper if that is your intention.
PARKING: We have complementary private parking to accommodate our guests. Please consult the Innkeeper should larger vehicle accommodation be requested.
RATES: Rates are for single or double occupancy. All rates include our hot home-cooked elegant breakfast with a complementary (typically sweet) treat in the evening. While we try to keep our website up to date, all listed rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are subject to all taxes and a nominal credit card convenience fee. Each additional guest will be charged $40 per person per night over the age of one (see Children Policy).
OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy for each suite is posted on the website. This occupancy cannot be exceeded. The number of guests must be specified when booking each suite.
RESERVATION AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation.
PAYMENTS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash. Reservations are charged in full 72 hours in advance or upon arrival for late reservations. Checks will not be accepted.
STANDARD CANCELLATION: Reservations cancelled within 7 days (one week or less) in advance in addition to no-shows will result in a full reservation charge. The deposit is non-refundable regardless of cancellation date. The deposit amount may be applied to any available dates up to 12 months from the cancellation date if cancelled more than one week in advance. Certain packages and promotions may have different policies that apply. Gift certificate recipients are subject to the same cancellation polices.
GIFT CERFICATES (Issues before April, 2023): All Gift Certificate sold and issued between April 2010 -April, 2023 must be redeemed by March 31st, 2024.
BREAKFAST: An elegant plated served in the dinning or library between 8 AM - 9 AM EST daily.
